Project coordination with our customers takes the highest priority. Targeted controlling enables our team to monitor deadlines, costs, and performance progress, to ensure that our clients’ budget is not exceeded. Beyond communicating with our customers, project management also coordinates the work of the departments involved. This enables us to successfully complete our projects together with our customers.
Of course, we’ll be there for you, too, once final assembly is complete. The work of our service employees goes beyond repair work: We offer technical advice, modification and optimisation of systems, training of your personnel, spare-parts procurement, consulting, and technical information.
If any of our customers relocate, our employees will make sure that their cleaning systems are taken apart and put back together undamaged. We continue to be there for you even beyond the warranty term, supplying spare parts and performing maintenance for you.
We will keep your delivered products functional. This also includes continuous development of the range of competencies of our service staff.
